The Details

I grew up about 250 miles east of Angel Fire in Spearman, Texas and have an accounting degree from West Texas State University in Canyon.     I worked at Mesa Petroleum Co. for 25 years where I was an accountant and commodity trader.     In 2004, my wife, Rita, and I moved to Angel Fire where we’d had a vacation home for many years. Life in Angel Fire is a menu of activities – it can be business or family activities, meeting friends at the winery or relaxing with a good book on the deck after “closing the deal”.     The future of Angel Fire Resort and Village is at an exciting point. Development projects and a new village government are bringing opportunities and healthy changes.    My leisure time is filled with travel, family and motorcycle rides.

Our business life Angel Fire includes a home care service, speculative home building, a property management company and real estate.     Words I claim are creative transactions, trustworthy, knowledgeable.     I love the excitement of deal making. Working with all sides of a transaction where everyone walks away happy.     As an accountant I can help a buyer understand the investment potential of a property, residential or commercial I am experienced working with 1031 tax deferred exchanges as well as and developing financing options.     “Getting the deal done.” That’s my passion.
