The Details

  I listen carefully to people when they describe their ideal property and don't try to influence them with my favorite listings. This often results in repeated sales to the same trusting clients.    I like meeting down home, honest people from the surrounding area and feel that a hand shake from them is equally as solid as the signed contract.

My Story

 I raised livestock in Texas for many years, but I was always intrigued with Northern New Mexico and wanted to call this area home.    My grandparents homesteaded just over the mountains East of Angel Fire, so the lure of the Ranch meadows and the High Mountain Vistas was an inherited trait.    I began selling real estate in 1996 in this area and find it exhilarating to show this pristine area.    It is truly fulfilling to locate horse properties, ski Condos or secluded Mountain homes for people from less scenic areas, because I know they also will love calling this area home.
