The Details

Ski vacations introduced us to Angel Fire in 1980. Living in New Orleans and spending winter vacations here made Angel Fire seem like a fantasy place.     The weather, climate, the changing seasons, all are spectacular! And that says nothing of the sunrises, sunsets, rainbows and night skies.     Three days after Ole and I married we moved to Angel Fire (1984) and have been on our honeymoon ever since. We’ve raised 3 boys in the Valley. It’s a small community and they quickly learned there was nothing they could do that didn’t get back to us.     Calvin graduated from Cimarron High School, Ryan was in the first graduating class from Moreno Valley Charter School in Angel Fire and Nicholas will graduate from Cimarron HS. Our family has grown up under the watchful eye of our GREAT dog, Nyla, who allows us to live with her.    Just ask me about living here and raising a family here. I love this valley!

My Story

Prior to my real estate career (2005), I owned and operated a housekeeping business for 15 years. It is a new experience to see property from this side of the vacuum.     In the winter of 2006 I added to my experience by becoming a property manager and now see the rental potential of each property I manage or sell.     I can help you understand the potential of an investment property – nightly or monthly rentals – right down to the details of the paper supplies. Matching my rental clients with the perfect property is my strength and YES! Bring the dog or cat!     We are a full service real estate company. We’ll greet you like family, help you move in, supervise home repairs, take care of your home while you’re not here, carefully manage rentals, and of course, clean up after you and your guests leave.     I will see you as a person, not just a client or buyer. I’ll listen to your needs and locate the area that best suits you with enthusiasm, honesty and with the glass half full.
